Construction project completed to convert Wauwatosa hotel to apartments

Construction work to convert the former Sonesta Hotel at 10499 Innovation Drive in Wauwatosa into a 146-unit apartment building has been completed, Minneapolis-based Kraus-Anderson, the general contractor for the project, announced Wednesday.
