They've just got to be patient a little while longer. Five years of no profit from a value-added supplemental business will force a person to take the long view, but wool processors Diane Schill and Janet Jacobson say they'll soon turn a profit. In a 1,200-square-foot room carved out of the Schills' large Quonset shop, the two women take raw wool in hand, wash it, dry it and send it through picking and carding machines.
